Our production unit is located in the Fontvieille district, in the heart of the Principality. Its design and are equipment are perfectly suited to the needs of a modern, efficient system.
Monaco Gourmet Production can offer you simple, tasty and traditionally-made recipes. We use products that showcase the work of local producers.
With a surface area of 520 m², our facilities include a cold preparation kitchen, a hot preparation kitchen, a pasta preparation kitchen and a pastry kitchen.
Our facilities, which are staffed by a team of professionals, whom we try to choose from the local area, have a computerized food traceability management application and a digital temperature recording device. Our teams’ daily priority is to maintain control over the production process so as to ensure total food safety.
