Our Eco-responsible Approach
As part of our eco-responsible approach, our teams are made aware of the fight against food waste. We have been working for many years with humanitarian associations who collect our food losses and give them away to the less well-off. This is a wonderful way of reducing food waste and providing charity to the needy.

Our Zero-Plastic Targe
Our objective at A Roca Gourmet is to reach a zero plastic target. This is a significant challenge, one that our teams are committed to achieving. We also ensure that we significantly increase the quantity of materials we recycle, and we use paper and cardboard from sustainably managed forests (with the PEFC or FSC label).
