Our Preparation Facility
Our preparation unit is located in the Fontvieille district. Its design and equipment respond perfectly to the requirements of a modern, performing facility. Its 500 m² area includes a cold food preparation area, a hot food preparation area, a pasta-making area and a pastry area.

A Professional Team
Our preparation facility staffed by a team of professionals whom we primarily recruit from the local labour market. It has a digital software application to manage food traceability and a digital temperature recording system. Our teams’ daily priority is to manage all our production processes to ensure complete food safety.
